Mark has a passion for helping people learn about themselves and how they experience life. Mark's background is in IT, so his thoughts and ideas are often very logical and specific - but always with a view to the bigger picture.

 

Mark loves sharing these thoughts and ideas and wonders at the regularity with which people have 'ah-ha' moments for themselves. For it is these 'ah-ha' moments that often allow us to have amazing breakthoughs.

 

Mark teaches his 'version' of Usui Reiki - believing it's important that each person has their own unique personal experience of connecting with and being part of the wonderful Reiki energy - he calls this LifeMagic Reiki.

 

If you are not sure whether Reiki is for you then the various LifeMagic courses offer a step-before approach - centred around practical everyday techniques for being more aware of yourself and your interactions with others - and amazing techniques for transforming your thoughts and outcomes.

 

Mark West is an EFT practitioner, Reiki Master & Teacher and offers various types of massage and bodywork. Mark holds the City & Guilds 7303 - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector qualification.
